Director Darren Lynn Bousman was the lure. "I'm a huge fan of the Saw movies, so I immedately wanted to sign on," Paris told the crowd. "Most people give me the role of the stereotype of what they think I am."

 

Bousman said his initial response was, "I was like, whatever, no way," but then when he auditioned her, he claims "she walks in the room and starts using words that I don't know!"
